Harmony

What we need today in these busy lives isn’t just one thing like money, or love, or health, or career or joys..

What we deeply seek is all of the above in a Harmony, balanced in ways that give us joy and meaning to life❤️

This art piece intends the same for every one who is affected or comes into touch with this art piece! It activates the intention of wellbeing expressed harmoniously in our lives, and if you can take a moment to connect with that Harmony ( however weirdly it appears in your life), this piece has done its work..

This piece has been gifted to a beautiful beauty salon, here in Pune, thats operated by beautiful ladies… for beautiful ladies!!

They happen to celebrate their 15th anniversary, and this piece is a gift and a celebration of the real work these gals do, for generating wellbeing in all those lives that drop in there..

Pictorially, this art piece represents an alignment of four of our seven major chakras

~ the crown chakra, (violet) that signifies our connection with our divinity

~ the root chakra (red) that signifies our connection with the physical/ with earth.

~ the solar plexus chakra (yellow) at the center depicts our self esteem, and our sense of worthiness!

~ the sacral chakra (It is orange but depicted here in a shade of chrome yellow)

The flow is depicted through orange dots, much like the gears that function mechanically!

The aqua marine dots represent a combination of green and blue!

~ the heart chakra (green) in perfect harmony with the throat chakra (blue)

The back drop is a unique shade of Violet, playfully created by my three year old son, mixing various shades together..

It intends for a fun element to be driving our lives secretly!!

May Harmony, joy and fun continue to lead us through these beautiful lives❤️

Lotsa love, aryaa❤️

Mommy hood treats <3

Being a mommy is one of the toughest roles I’ve ever played! It’s tough, dirty and crucial.

As moms we got to do what’s best for our baby, and we pretty much do it all the time. What we forget to do is acknowledge ourselves for being super moms, we forget to see from the perspective of our darling lil one who views us as the best in the world.

Ekaansh, my son teaches me lessons daily. He teaches me how to make himself heard even when he has not yet learnt to speak, he teaches me the importance of the simple joys in life like watching beautiful cats from the window, even when he can barely stand..

He teaches me to be present, he reflects back to me how I communicate, he teaches me the language of love even before he knows any other language. He teaches me kindness, as he hugs me after he accidentally bumps into me believing he has hurt me. He teaches me lightness as he laughs at anything n everything so simply.

If it really is so easy, why don’t we get it?

He teaches me how to clap at himself after he has achieved something! He teaches me how to tune into stuff he loves, at the same time phasing out what the rest of the world is saying. Management lessons huh??

I dint know I was enrolling into a fun, life time learning course when I agreed to be a mom. I thought I was supposed to be responsible, ideal, perfect, blah blah blah blah

I’m perfect!! N I’m learning from someone who chose me to be his pupil 🙂

Love you Ekaansh! And my heart fills with gratitude as I look at you every single day 🙂 god bless you n god bless me with more n more lessons.

May we both teach other how to love ourselves best and continue expanding the love to the rest of the world.

The awaited ‘Promotion’= a distant dream? Are you sure you really want it???

There can be such a big world inside of us & we may be completely unaware of it!!
No wonder why Coaches are such a necessity today 🙂

Everyone of us, may think we know everything about our life but the truth is far off! We may think we want that promotion but may be the thought of that extra responsibility or spending more time at work is pulling us away..

Do we know for ourselves, what is it that we exactly want? Do we really want that promotion?

What is it about your work that attracts you to it?

~ The opportunity to help others
~ Opportunity to specialise in your field
~ The possibility of making relationships beautiful for you and others around you
~ Growth aspects /learning and growth opportunities
~ Supporting others in creating & overcoming challenges to lead a more fulfilling n challenging life
~ Making money for yourself and others..

The list could be long.. Could it be that your career is just a milestone in your life n not the entire journey?
Where as many of our peers here are looking at stability, there could be many who want something more..

May be we already have what we want! Yet we look at those who have stability and wonder if something’s wrong with us?

Money, status, stability, property could be must have’s for some people! For some others the thrill of moving, travelling, learning, constantly changing could be a must have!!

There’s nothing wrong with changing careers or changing places or making moves constantly!! Making sure, your family (and most importantly your spouse) understands your need for change – it definitely is a ‘must do’

Knowing what one wants – clearly & then going a step forward to communicating the same with important people in your life is very important for peace and happiness to prevail in your home 🙂

Can you pause for a minute & think for yourself, where are you fitting into this right now?
And please take few more minutes to share with us your story!!

Love
